Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一　　２個の入出力端から延長された分岐線路と、５０
    Ωチツプ抵抗にて終端された１個の分岐線路と、これら
    分岐線路を接続する接合面部とからなる導体パターンを
    片面に有するフェリ磁性体基板と；このフェリ磁性体基
    板の他面に装着されてこの基板を支持固定しかつ接地導
    体となる非磁性接地導体板と；前記フェリ磁性体基板に
    磁界を印加する外部磁気回路とからなるマイクロ波帯の
    ＭＩＣアイソレータにおいて、前記５０Ωチツプ抵抗の
    他端が接地される部分の前記非磁性接地導体板をこのフ
    ェリ磁性体の導体パターン−面と面一になる様に前記他
    面から延長して構成したことを特徴とするＭＩＣアイソ
    レータ。
