More specifically, the present invention relates to a laminated film having a layer having appropriate heat-sealing strength and peelability, and a method for producing the same. The following methods for producing laminated films include the dry lamination method, in which each film is pasted together using various adhesives, and the coextrusion method, in which various resins are melted in a continuous extruder, laminated in a die or in an adapter section, and then extruded. It is widely used as a packaging material because it can have various properties by combining different types of resins. However, the laminated film produced by the dry lamination method is made into a film in advance and then laminated, and the film formation and lamination are separate processes, resulting in wasted materials and high prices. In addition, it is difficult to select the adhesive used for bonding, and there is a problem of residual odor in the adhesive. In addition, laminated films made by coextrusion method are
Although this is a lamination method that overcomes the drawbacks of the dry lamination method, it is not possible to use resins with different melt temperatures and melt viscosities, or resins with high molecular weights and small melt indexes.

In order to provide these properties, it has been extremely difficult to select resins and combinations of resins that have the respective properties, and to select adhesives for lamination. An object of the present invention is to eliminate these conventional drawbacks and provide a laminated film having a layer having appropriate heat seal strength or peelability, and a method for producing the same.

The particle size of this powdered resin is suitably in the range of 5 to 400 grains. If the number is less than 5, there is a problem of powder scattering and floating due to air rising due to heat during extrusion and lamination.

In addition, if it exceeds 400, the indentation into the web becomes large and the surface of the powder coated layer lacks smoothness.Next, in the manufacturing method of the present invention, as shown in FIG. Powdered resin 11 is melted and mixed in the hopper 12 and is uniformly dropped from a hopper 12 to be layered on the surface of a web 15 extruded through a die 13 into a film or sheet.

In this case, it is possible to use not only natural fall, but also methods such as a spray gun or a roll filter. The temperature of the web 5 is above its softening point and below its melting point, and the fallen resin powder 11 adheres to the web 15. Next, the powdered resin 11 is transferred to the web 15 by nipping it between cooling rolls 16 and 17.
Let it stick in a compacted state. This cooling roll 17
When the web 15 passes through, it is cooled from the web 15 side and heated from the powder resin 11 side by a heating device 19 to melt the powder resin 11 adhering to the surface and form a film. By nipping the laminated film consisting of the powder resin 2 and web 15 coated in this way between the cooling rolls 17 and 18, the powder is completely coated and the laminated film 2 is formed.
Manufacture 0. The cooling rolls are kept at a temperature below the softening point of the resin to be laminated, and their rotational speeds are the same. Next, examples of the present invention will be described.

The die lip resin temperature at this time was 230 qo. Before the surface temperature of the film decreased to 180°C, 1 mL of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer powder was added from a vibrating drop feeder.
Drop and adhere evenly onto the chick/mede web. This web is nipped between metal rolls having a surface temperature of 2.0 mm to coat the powdered resin onto the web. Further, the web is wound around a lower roll, and while the web side is being cooled, an infrared heater is used from the opposite side to melt the powdered resin on the surface to form a film. Furthermore, it is nipped with another metal cooling roll with a surface temperature of 2.0 mm to completely form a film on the powdered resin. <Comparative example> A toluene solvent ethylene-vinyl acetate adhesive was applied on a polypropylene film with a thickness of 80 mm. A laminated film was produced by applying a sheath/bottom coating, and then extruding an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (thickness: 18 mm) onto the adhesive surface.

Further, the heat sealing strength can be changed depending on the degree of heating and melting of the powdered resin. Furthermore, when another resin film is heat-sealed onto the powder resin layer surface and peeled off, cohesive failure occurs within the powder resin layer instead of interfacial peeling.
