  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　石英または窒化ホウ素製るつぼに内装するための内
    容器であって、三酸化ホウ素を主成分とする物質から形
    成された容器と蓋とからなり、該蓋の径は該容器の内径
    より大としたことを特徴とする液体カプセル法結晶製造
    用内容器。 ２　前記蓋を容器頂部に載置し、両者を面接触させた実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の内容−器。 ３　前記蓋または容器頂部の一方（とテーパー面を形成
    し、該テーバ二面に他方の端縁を線接触させた実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載の内容器。 ４　前記蓋の下面または容器の頂面の一方に突条を形成
    し、両者を線接触させた実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    記載の内容器。 ５　前記蓋の下面および／または容器の頂面に複数の突
    起を形成し、両者を多点接触させた実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載の内容器。 ６　前記蓋は蓋本体と三酸化ホウ素を主成分とする物質
    から形成した環または円板とからなり、蓋本体と容器と
    の間に該環または円板が挾み込まれるようにした実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の内容器。
