Abstract

PURPOSE:To put a tire in soft adhesion to the broad width in traveling at the time of puncture so as to reduce its damage by forming a double tire through providing a built-in tire and filling it with air. CONSTITUTION:An oval projection part is formed inside a wheel 1 in the oval shape a little more projecting than an outer wheel 14. Then a built-in tire 4 is arranged with a tire, the inside of which is formed by soft rubber 3, and both tires are filled with air to form a double tire. Thus, a serious accident at the time of puncture can be prevented.

In order to make the tire reusable, the present invention provides a protrusion wide enough to allow the tire to be easily attached to the wheel, avoiding protrusions and square shapes, and providing a wide protrusion in the event of a puncture. Since the tires run in close contact with each other, damage to the tires can be minimized.

The present invention can be used as a so-called double tire by arranging 3) internal tires on a soft rubber inner tire or a tube tire and injecting air into each tire, in which the internal tire is integrated with the tire, or separately. We will create a system that distinguishes between internal tires and tires, and we will determine the specifications and use them depending on the condition of the vehicle being used.

[Claims] Conventionally, vehicles that run on the ground have been equipped with foils made of metal or other hard materials, circular rubber tires, etc. to reduce impact due to the elasticity of the ground contact surface, and to withstand long-term use. Various research and improvements have been made to develop the name. However, if a tire suddenly gets flat due to an accident or the like, the driving direction is thrown off and the driver is forced to drive in a zigzag manner, resulting in frequent accidents resulting in personal injury or property damage, and there are currently no adequate countermeasures. The following ideas were devised for not only automobiles and motorcycles, but also aircraft, and all other vehicles equipped with wheeled tires. b) The present invention has a circular protrusion on the inside of the wheel that is slightly protruding from the outer ring of the wheel, and a diagonal groove is provided on the circular protrusion for mounting the tire so that it can be easily attached and removed. . This device has already been researched elsewhere, but the protrusion is narrow and it is acknowledged to be the most effective in the event of a puncture. It is broken and becomes damaged and cannot be reused. If this is made into a circular protrusion as proposed in the present proposal, for example, in the case of a passenger car tire, if the circular protrusion is 5 cm or more, the ground contact area will be wide and the load of the vehicle's weight will be small, resulting in extra running in the event of a puncture. However, there is little damage to the tires, and they can be easily repaired and reused, so they can be used many times. B) In recent years, special rubber has been installed on the inside of the tire without incorporating a tube to remove nails, etc. However, the elasticity prevents punctures, and even if the tires puncture, it does not interfere with driving, but it becomes a big problem due to accidents etc. If it breaks, there is nothing you can do about it. The present invention is a method in which a thin tire is built in between the outer tire and the wheel, and air is injected into each of them. One is a so-called double tire that is glued to the outer tire, and the other is a small tire built inside the outer tire. There are various methods, and each method is used according to the purpose depending on the size of the vehicle.
