Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 ‘１｝ 発明の利用分野 本発明は、磁気ディスクメモリのディスクアセンブ川こ
関するものである。
■ 従来技術 磁気ディスク装置ではディスクを何枚か絹立た状態で装
置から取り‘まずし可能としさらに装置間で互換性をも
たせて使うことが多い。
このためのディスクアセンブリには第１図ａのようなデ
ィスク１およびハブ２をケース３に封入したもの、ある
いは第１図ｂのようにディスク４、ハプ５、ヘッド６、
キヤリジ７、スピンドル８をケース９に入れたものがあ
る。いずれの場合もケースは軽量化のためプラスチック
を用いるのでそれが帯電しその誘導でディスク面も帯電
し保管中に塵挨が付着する。磁気ディスクメモリではデ
ィスクの上に１ムｍ以下の狭いすき間でヘッドを浮上さ
せるのでディスク面は清浄に保つことが必要であり装置
内で使用するときにはフィル夕を通過した空気を供給す
るがこのように保管中に付着した塵挨は装置に装着後も
取り除けずヘッドの浮上に悪影響を与える。
‘３１ 発明の目的 本発明の目的は前記の欠点を除き塵挨の付きにくいディ
スクアセンブリを提供することにある。
‘４’発明の概要本発明は、上記目的を達成するために
、ディスク基板をアースに接続する構造を有することを
特徴とするディスクアセンブリにある。
【５’実施例 以下、本発明を実施例を参照して詳細に説明する。
第２図に本発明の実施例を示す。ディスク１０は内周に
おいてハブ１１に接触しており、ハフ１１はボトムカバ
ー１２を通して取りつけられたピン１３に接続する板バ
ネ１４を接触している。すなわちディスク１川まピン１
３に電気的に接続されている。一方保管棚１５の上には
アルミ板１６を貼りつけておき一端をアースに接続して
おく。したがってこの上にディスクアセンブリを保管す
るときにはピン１３とアルミ板１６が接触するためディ
スク１０はアースに接続されている。したがってディス
ク面の帯亀は防止され塵挨の付着が少くなる。■ 発明
の効果 本発明の適用により保管中にディスク面に付着する塵挨
が約１′５に減少した。
本実施例はディスクのみケースに封入したもの（第１図
ａ）に適用した例であるが第１図ｂの方式のものにも当
然適用できる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 複数のデイスクと、前記複数のデイスクを支持する
    ハブと、前記デイスクと前記ハブとを囲む容器と、前記
    ハブが前記デイスクと電気的に接続されており、前記容
    器の底部に設けられ前記容器を支えるピンと、前記ピン
    と前記ハブとを電気的に接続するバネとからなるデイス
    クアセンブリであつて、表面にアルミ板を有する棚に搭
    載することにより前記ピンが前記アルミ板を介してアー
    スに接続されて前記デイスクをアースしたことを特徴と
    するデイスクアセンブリ。
