ダイオードを示す。 第２図は、第１図の従来の装置で測定したコリメータ・
レンズを附設した半導体レーザの光出力対注入電流の曲
線、第３図は、第１図の装置で測定したコリメータ・レ
ンズを附設する前の通常の半導体レーザの光出力対注入
電流の曲線、第４図はこの考案の一実施例を示す、光出

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体レーザ素子のレーザ出射面の近傍に、レーザ光を
    平行ビームにするためのコリメータ・レンズを附設・固
    定した半導体レーザの光出力測定装置において、フォト
    ・ダイオードからなる光検出器の受光表面が、該半導体
    レーザの出射ビーム方向に対して垂直な面から傾いたこ
    とを特徴とする光出力測定装置。
