受信部、１２１．１３□・・・アンテナ、１４・・・シ
ート状物体、３１．３２・・・駆動部、３３・・・制御
部。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 空胴共振器を構成する送信部および受信部の相互間にシ
    ート状物体を挿入し、送信部に供給されるマイクロ波を
    受信部で受信し、この受信されたマイクロ波の減衰量お
    よび空胴共振器の共振周波数の変化より前記シート状物
    体の含有水分および坪量を求めるシート状物体の含水率
    、坪量測定装置において、前記空胴共振器をシート状物
    体の表面内で回動可能な構成とし、シート状物体の表面
    に対してマイクロ波の電界を所定の角度で放射すること
    により、マイクロ波の減衰量および共振周波数の平均値
    を求める構成としたことを特徴とするシート状物体の含
    水率、坪量測定装置。
