Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は、緯糸を連続してかつそこに張力をほとんど
作用させることなく供給するために、緯糸供給装置によ
って予め準備された各種の色彩の緯糸を、無ひ織機の緯
糸挿入部材へ秩序立って供給するよう構成したいわゆる
送出装置に関するものである。
通常の無ひ織機にすぐれた効果をも次らすべく作動する
この種の装置は従来既知であり、そこではグリッパもし
くは同様の機械装置によって緯糸の連続供給を行ってい
る。
けれども、不作動位置から緯糸供給位置へ同時に動かす
ことができる緯糸と同数のアイレットロッドを具えるこ
れらの既知の装置は、より改良されたグリッパ織機にお
ける高速製織に対してすでに限界に達しているので、そ
れらはより速いエアモジくはウォータジェットルームに
は不適等であるＯ 非常に速く、正確かつ安全であるこの発明の送出装置は
、全く独自の概念に基づくものであって既知の装置の限
界を克服するものであるが故に、機械的な緯糸挿入部材
を有する無ひ織機に有利に適用できる他、とくに、各種
の色彩の緯糸？供するエアジェツトルームへの使用に適
する。
この発明による送出装置は、バンドルに接合されて本体
にて支持される複数本のノズル金具え、その本体を、相
互に９０度をなす二組の支持部材に取り付け、さらに、
同時に作動でき、これらの支持部材を、直角をなす二方
向へ直線運動させる二個のアクチュエータを具えてなる
ことを特徴とする。
アクチュエータは、水圧、油圧、電気その他のアクチュ
エータとすることができる。
この発明のとくに有益なる好適例は、４本のノズルを四
角に配置することである。
以下にこの発明を図示の好適例に基づいて詳細に説明す
る。
４色の緯糸を供給する送出装置に関する図面において、
この発明による装置は、基本的には、単一ユニットもし
くは本体５内にバンドルを形成する４本のノズル１〜４
を具え、これらのノズルは、本体内に四角に並べて配置
され、そこから大きく突出する〇 第２図に示されるように、送出装置の本体５は、支持系
６に取り付けられ、所要ノズルの正確な作動位置への等
しい時間間隔での容易なる運動を可能ならしめる０ 支持系６は、相互に９０度の角度で配置され、かつ本体
５の隣接する二側面に連結される一対の支持部材７．８
を具え、それぞれのアクチュエータ９．１０によって面
支持部材を相互に直角をなす二方向へ直線運動させるこ
とができる０ここでアクチュエータは＼図示のような水
圧もしくは油圧アクチュエータの他、たとえば電気アク
チュエータのような他の種類のものとすることができ、
またアクチュエータは、本体５に斜めの運動をもたらす
べく同時に作動させることができる〇第８図は、送出装
置の本体５によって４本のノズルを秩序立って作動位置
に定める４状態を示す０斜め方向の運動をもたらすため
の２個のアクチュエータ９．ｌＯの同時使用は、ノズル
２の使用位置からノズル委の使用位置へ、また、ノズル
１の使用位置からノズル８の使用位置への変位、ならび
にこれらの逆の変位を許容し１かかる変位に要する時間
は、谷ノズルの使用位置から隣接ノズルの使用位置への
運動に委する時間とほぼ同一である０ ４個の緯糸供給装置にて供給され、送出装置のノズル１
〜４を通された４色の緯糸は一把持のためにこのように
して単独で、かつ迅速に事前調整され、その把持手段が
、グリッパ−その他の機械装置であると、エアージェッ
トもしくは噴出水からなると金問わず、把持手段によっ
て織機のたて糸ひぐちを経て運ばれる。
これまで述べた装置の構造の簡単さ・正確さ１信頼性お
よび能率については強張するまでもない。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １　バンドルに接合され本体にて支持される複数本のノ
    ズルを具え、その本体を、相互に９０度をなす二組の支
    持部材に取り付け、さらに、同時に作動でき、これらの
    支持部材を、直角をなす二方向へ直線連動させる二個の
    アクチュエータを具えてなることを特徴とする織機用緯
    糸送出装置。 λ　前記アクチュエータが水圧もしくは油圧アクチュエ
    ータであることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲１項記載の
