    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 突起状の金属電極を有する半導体ペレットの両面をおの
    おの金属端子に接続してなる半導体装置において、前記
    金属端子の断面形状が凸形を有し、前記半導体ペレット
    の金属電極部が該凸形の頭頂面に圧接された状態でガラ
    ス封止され、基板実装時半田付される凸形の金属端子基
    底部の形状を角、　　型または楕円形状としたことを特
    徴とする２端子半導体素子。
