Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本案はコンクリート流込み金型枠に於いてコンクリート
の漏出を防止する装置に関し、型枠台１に固定型枠パレ
ット２を固着し、これに対しパツキン条３を介して可動
側板４を設けると共に、パツキン条３を補強リブ７と一
体のパツキンリブ５の溝６に挿入する一方、可動側板４
の他端を補強リブ７に固着し、補強リブ７を蝶番８によ
り型枠台１に開閉自在に取り付けたものである。

体のパツキンリブ５の溝６に挿入する一方、可動側板４
の他端を補強リブ７に固着し、補強リブ７を蝶番８によ
り型枠台１に開閉自在に取り付けたものである。
而して図中９は型枠コンクリートとする。
従来コンクリート流込み金型枠の開閉接合部は金属面同
志の接合、或は金属面にパツキンを押し当てる構造であ
ったから、コンクリートの漏出防止には限界があったが
、本案はこの欠点を解消したものであって上記のような
構造である、即ちその作用を述べるに、型枠パレット２
は型枠台１に固定されているが、これれに対する補強リ
ブ７及びパツキンリブ５は可動ユニットとして蝶番８に
より型枠台１に取り付けられ開閉が自由であり、又パツ
キンリブ５の溝６にパツキン条３が挿入固定されている
から、コンクリート打込時にはパツキン条３は固定型枠
パレット２と可動側板４により挾み込む作用を営むため
、コンクリートの漏出を完全に防止する効果がある。

、コンクリートの漏出を完全に防止する効果がある。
尚このパツキン条３はゴム又は合成樹脂等の弾性体を使
用すれば、一層その効果を顕著にすることができる。

叙上の如く本案はその構造簡単でコンクリートの漏出防
止を確実にする有用な考案である。

Claims (1)
- 型枠台１に固定型枠パレット２を固着し、これに対しパ
ツキン条３を介して可動側板４を設けると共に、パツキ
ン条３を補強リブ７と一体のパツキンリブ５の溝６に挿
入する一方、可動側板４の他端を補強リブ７に固着し１
、補強リブ７を蝶番８により型枠台１に開閉自在に取り
不けて成る、コンクリート流込み金型枠の漏出防止装置
。
