  1. Ｎ型間接遷移形結晶にＰ型頭域を一列に配列し、このＰ
    型頭域の列の両側に通電用の電極を交互に配置したＬＥ
    Ｄアレイ光源において、Ｐ型頭域をその配列方向の長さ
    に比べて電極方向の長さが短い矩形状に形成したことを
    特徴とするＬＥＤアレイ光源。
