の発光領域と、その各々にオーミツク接触され発
光領域の整列方向に略直交する細帯部を有する遮
光性の個別電極とを有した光プリンタ用発光ダイ
オードアレイにおいて、 該アレイの略中央部に位置する発光領域におい
ては前記細帯部は発光領域の略中央部に設けられ
そのアレイの端部に位置する発光領域は略中央部
に位置する発光部の略半分の光放出面積を有して
アレイ側面に臨ませかつ前記細帯部は発光領域の
アレイ中央寄端縁に設けられた事を特徴とする光
プリンタ用発光ダイオードアレイ。
