    該ケースの蓋に空気ぬけ穴が設けられ、−該空気ぬけ穴
    が該空気ぬけ穴周囲の前記蓋の部分が押しつぶされるこ
    とによって穴埋めされている事を特徴とする混成集積回
    路装置。
