る。 図において、１はモジュールの筐体、２は冷却を要する
電子部品、３．３ａ、３ｂはモジュール、４は冷媒散布
管、５は小孔、６は電子機器筐体、７は管路、８は管路
開口である。なお、図中同一あるいは相当部分には同一

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 冷却を要する所要の電子部品と、前記電子部品を内壁面
    に取りつけた筐体とから成る複数のモジュールを具備す
    る電子機器において、上記モジュール筐体の長手方向に
    一端の閉じた管路を形成するとともに、モジュール側壁
    に外面から上記管路に貫通する複数の小孔を設け、上記
    管路の開口部から冷却用冷媒を管路内に供給し、上記小
    孔から冷媒を噴出させて隣接するモジュール壁面に吹き
    つけることにより並列配置されたモジュールを冷却し、
    モジュール内の電子部品を所要の温度に保つようにした
    ことを特徴とする電子機器。
