Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ハウジング内に一対の直線状に伸びるシリンダ室を互い
    に平行に形成して該シリンダ室内にはそれぞれピストン
    を移動可能に設け、該ノ１ウジングーにハ該対のシリン
    ダ室の間にピニオンを回転可能に設けて該ピニオンの一
    部を該シリンダ室内に突出させ、該ピストンに該ピニオ
    ンとかみ合うラックを設けた揺動形アク、チュエータに
    おいて、一方のシリンダ室の両端に空気圧回路を接続し
    てそのシリンダ室内のピストンを空気圧で動作させ、他
    方のシリンダ室の両端間には逆止め弁付き可変流量調整
    弁を有する油圧回路を接続し、該ピニオンの回転速度を
    該油圧回路で調節することを特徴とした揺動形アクチュ
    エータ。
