この発明は、木質単板を接着剤を使用して一体化し、こ
れをスライスして人工的に木目を表現するところの、い

[発明の開示]
この発明は、集成単板の製法において使用する木質単板

表面が溶融し、単板間の密着性が向上し、接着剤の使用
量がかなり低減できるのである。そして得られた集成単
板は加工性に優れ、実際に集成単板を基板などに貼着す
る場合、基板に対する馴染みがよくなり、接着性が改良

実施例1
南洋広葉樹のラブラ材を天然ウオールナツトの(3)
色調に合わせるために、酸性染料系で染色を行い、風乾
した。この単板を、無水酢酸−酢酸−濃硫酸系試薬中で
、室温にて2時間浸透処理を行った。処理した後、水洗
を行い、水−エタノール系で洗浄し、さらに単板含水率
が20〜40%になるように調湿した。調湿した単板に
接着剤(ウレタン系接着剤)を塗布した。接着剤の塗布
量は60g/rdであった。なお比較例として、未処理
単板に対して100 g/rdの接着剤を塗布して圧締
に供した。圧締条件は、処理、未処理単板とも同一条件
