第１図は従来の噴射ヘッドの端面を示した部分拡大図、
第２図はその側面断面図であり、第３図は本考案の噴射
ヘッドの一実施例を示す分解斜視図、第４図はその微細
穴近傍の拡大断面図である。 図において１，４は基板、２，５は微細溝、３．８は上
板、６は管路溝、７はタンク穴、９は微細穴、１０は圧
電素子である。ＸおよびＹはインクの噴射方向を示し、
破線は研磨前め段差を示している。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 基板にエツチング微細溝、管路溝およびタンク穴を形成
    し、この上に重ね合わせる上板には前記微細溝の真上に
    相当する位置に微細穴をエツチングによって形成し、前
    記基板と上板を拡散接合後、前記管路溝の真上に相当す
    る上板の表面に圧電素子を貼り付けたことを特徴とする
    噴射ヘッド。
