Conventionally, in the case of outward-folding windows, etc., the hinge structure of aluminum profiles fitted together has the drawback that the limit for safe opening and closing is at the front and back of the opening of 45 degrees, and when the window is opened more than 60 degrees, the connection by the hinge comes undone.

Therefore, in the past, a mechanism such as an arm stopper was used as an opening angle adjustment tool, but there was a risk that the shoji would fall if the opening angle exceeded a predetermined angle due to a failure or the like.

Other than the fitting structure of the shapes, problems such as installing stainless steel hinges separately resulted in high costs and decreased workability.

FIG. 2 shows the shoji in a state when it is opened 90 degrees, and the arrow frame side engaging portion B is more firmly clamped within the shoji frame via the protrusion C.

Figure 3 shows the case where the hanging piece 13 on the shoji side is missing, and the protrusion C is made of a strong protrusion with a core, for example, to maintain approximately the same strength as the lower stile hanging piece 13, and then hang down. It served as a piece.

Although the above-mentioned embodiment drawings illustrate an outward-folding window shoji, the present invention can be similarly applied to an inward-folding shoji, a protruding shoji, and an inward-raising shoji in addition to an outward-folding shoji.

As explained above, by simply fitting elastic protrusions into a part of the form material, the drawbacks of the conventional method can be overcome, contributing to cost reduction and productivity improvement, and it is extremely easy to attach to shoji frames or frames. The shoji can be safely opened and closed up to 90 degrees.
