Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 導波管の加熱部にマイクロ波を供給し、その加熱部に被
    加熱物を通過させてその被加熱物を誘電″　加熱する誘
    電加熱装置において、方形状の導波管がその長辺を中心
    軸とほぼ平行として２段以上の螺旋状に折曲げられて前
    記加熱部が構成され、その加熱部はＴ　Ｅ　１ｏモード
    で励振され、かつ磁界伝搬面が前記螺旋の中心軸に対し
    ほぼ平行し、その導波管の長辺のほぼ中央部においてそ
    の導波管内にこれに沿って被加熱物を通す案内手段が設
    けられている誘電加熱装置。
