Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 導波管の加熱部にマイクロ波を供給し、その加熱部に被
    加熱物を通過させてその被加熱物を誘電加熱する誘電加
    熱装置において、方形状導波管がその短辺が中心軸とほ
    ぼ平行した２段以上の螺旋、状に折曲げられて前記加熱
    部が構成され、その加熱部はマイクロ波によって置ｏモ
    ードで励振され、かつマイクロ波の磁界伝搬面は前記螺
    旋の中心軸に対しほぼ垂直とされ、前記被加熱物を前記
    導波管の長辺のほぼ中米位置において前記螺旋の中心軸
    とほぼ平行に加熱部内を通過させる通路が形成されてい
    ることを特徴とする誘電加熱装置。
