As a result of intensive research in view of the above-mentioned current situation, the inventor of this invention found that
By abandoning the conventional solution of providing a protective layer via adhesive and using an integrated product of heat-resistant aromatic polyamide fibers and heat-resistant fibers, which have extremely high heat resistance, we have improved the conventional technology. He discovered that the problems could be solved all at once, and completed the present invention.

As a result, the surface of the fiber layer made of heat-resistant aromatic polyamide fibers is burnt and smoothed, and the fibers made of heat-resistant fibers are dispersed into the fiber layer made of heat-resistant aromatic polyamide fibers by needle punching. The fiber entangled portion of the layer melts due to the low melting point of the heat-resistant aromatic polyamide fiber, and the two are firmly integrated.

The present invention, as described above, includes a fiber layer made of heat-resistant aromatic polyamide fibers and a fiber layer made of heat-resistant fibers, which are bonded and integrated by needle punching, on both the front and back surfaces of the intermediate sheet. Therefore, unlike conventional products, the surface layer does not tear or break, and the edges do not peel off, so it is highly durable.

Moreover, since the surface of the fiber layer made of heat-resistant aromatic polyamide fiber is pressed with a heat roll or the like to burn it, melt it, and smooth it, fiber scraps and glass cloth powder will not adhere to the mirror plate or hot plate. Not only that, but it also conforms well to these layers, and both of these fiber layers are firmly integrated.
