Claims (1)
- 多数の金属プレート６．６を水平に支持し装備する多段
平行移動コンベヤ３を処理室２内に配設して、前記金属
プレート６．６上に搭載した食品の加熱、冷却、凍結な
どの処理を行なう食品処理装置において、前記金属プレ
ート６．６を、°平坦な上面を持つ板部７の下面から上
下に延びるフィン８，８が多列平行の一体的に垂設され
てなるフィン付金属プレートにより形成せしめて、前後
に隣り合う金属プレート相互間に空気を流通し得る空隙
が存する如く適宜のピッチを存し支持せしめる一方、前
記処理室２内の空気流を、前記多段平行移動コンベヤ３
に対して下方から上方に向けて横断的に交叉し得る垂直
流となしたことを特徴とする食品処理装置。
