    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 絶縁性基板上に発熱抵抗体を設けた熱記録ヘッドにおい
    て、前記発熱抵抗体はニクロム、窒化タンクルなどの金
    属あるいは半導体薄膜抵抗体から成り、その表面上に電
    気絶縁性サーメフト層、熱良伝導性サーメツト層および
    耐摩耗層の順に形成したことを特徴とする熱記録ヘッド
    。
