第１図は従来のサーマルヘッド断面図であり、１はアル
ミナセラミック基板、２は第１の配線導体層、３はクロ
スオーバ絶縁層、４は第２の配線導体層、１０はグレー
ズ層、１１は発熱抵抗体、１２はコンタクト電極、１３
は保護膜である。 第２図は本考案の実施例の断面図で第１図と同じ構成要
素は同一番号で示した。３０は下地誘電体層である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 誘電体基板上の片面上に、少くとも、部分的に形成され
    た蓄熱グレーズ層、その上に形成された多数の発熱体抵
    抗体列および該発熱抵抗体につながってこれを駆動する
    駆動配線部を含むサーマルヘッドにおいて、駆動配線部
    を下地誘電体層上に形成することにより、上記グレーズ
    層の表面および上記駆動配線部表面を連続的に平坦化し
    て構成したことを特徴とするサーマルヘッド。
