Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本案は除雪用スコップに於ける挟部と把柄との取付機構
に係るもので、次にその詳細について説明する。
除雪用スコップは薄金属板形で形威した挟部Ａに木製の
把柄Ｂを取り付けてなるもので、最も一般的な取付機構
は挟部Ａの背面板１に凹部を形威し、該凹部に外側より
把柄Ｂの先端部分を添わせ外方より当板２で被覆し、挟
部Ａの背面板１の表面より把柄Ｂを貫通するボルト３を
挿通し、当板１より突出した部分にナツト４を螺合緊締
してなるものである。
本案は前述の公知構造の取付機構を改良したもので、挟
部Ａの凹部前方適当位置の底板５の裏面に、１状にして
後方部分に於て底板５との間に間隙を有せしめた止着板
６を固着味到に当板２の下端より前方へ舌片７を延長せ
しめ、該舌片７を止着板６の間隙に嵌着せしめてなるも
のである。
本案は前述の改良によって、挟部Ａと把柄Ｂとの取付部
分の強度の向上並に除雪スコップの製作を容易にして製
造作業能率を向上せしめたものである。
即ち除雪のため挟部Ａに雪を載せ底板５に雪の重量が加
わると、底板５と背面板１の境目を中心として両者を平
らにしようとす方向に力が作用するもので、挟部Ａは従
来より底板５と背面板１の境目に亀裂が入って損傷した
ものであるが、本案は当板３より延長した舌片７を止着
板６に嵌着しているので、前述の力作用は舌片７が止着
板６を押出する力として作用すると共に、舌片７を断面
半円状にしておくと舌片７が屈曲に対して強い耐力を有
するため、取付機構の強化となるものである。
又その製造工程においても舌片７を止着板６に嵌着する
ので当板２の位置が常に一定するので、ボルト３の挿通
作業が簡便化される利点をも有するものである。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は除雪用スコップの一部斜視図、第２図は本案機
構の断面図である。 Ａは挟部、Ｂは把柄、１は背面板、２は当板、３はボル
ト、４はナツト、５は底板、６は止着板、７は舌片。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 接部背面板に凹部を形威し、該凹部に把柄先端を添せる
    と共に、外方より把柄を当板で被覆し、接部背面板の表
    面より把柄を貫通するボルトを挿通腰当板より突出した
    部分にナツトを螺合緊締してなる公知の取付機構に於て
    、挟部の凹部前方適当位置の裏面に、止着板を掬部底板
    との間に間隙を有せしめて固着し、当板下端を前方へ延
    長せしめて該間隙に嵌着せしめてなる除雪用スコップに
    於ける挟部と把柄との取付機構。
