After the resin has hardened, the mold is opened, the molded product is taken out, the molded product is removed, and the molded product is colored and painted. However, this conventional manufacturing method requires the use of expensive metal molds and resin molds, which increases the production cost of the product.Furthermore, when coloring and painting the molded product, the molded product is coated with 44% of the paint. It was necessary to wash and remove the mold release agent and to roughen the surface of the molded product, making it difficult to color the molded product. In addition, since room-temperature curing resin products are required to have specularity and gloss, equipment that takes this into consideration is required, and this can lead to problems such as complicated processing and poor productivity. Further, the particle size of the particulate material may be about 1 to 3 olls, but care must be taken because the smoothness of the surface of the molded product is affected by the particle size. If the particle size is small, the smoothness of the molded product surface 111 and the transferability of fine uneven patterns will be improved, but the particulate matter (8) becomes difficult to handle and generates dust, which worsens the environment. , the opposite phenomenon will occur with coarse particles, and generally with particle sizes of 50 to 6
00IIF+! degree is better. Further, as the pinter, furan-based resin to which a curing catalyst is added in advance, urethane-based resin that is hardened by amine gas, sodium silicate that is hardened by carbon dioxide gas, etc. can be used.

Those made from synthetic resins such as vinyl chloride, vinylidene chloride, polyamide, polycarbonate, ionomer, ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer, ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer, styrene/butadiene copolymer, polyolefin book polymer, Some are made of rubber such as butyl rubber and natural rubber. These materials containing or coating coloring agents such as pigments, dyes, and metal foils, and those containing or coating ultraviolet absorbers are used as the molding film (9) and then directly attached to the molded product. Molded products can be colored by In addition, uneven patterns such as grain patterns and thread patterns can be added to the table 1f11.
It is also possible to create an uneven pattern 41 on a molded product by using it as a molding film (9) and then directly adhering it to the molded product. In this case, the excess portion of the molded film (9) may be cut and removed, but the molded product and molded film (9)
If the adhesion to the molded film (9) is poor, treatment such as applying an adhesive to the molded film (9) is required. (10) is a non-breathable shielding membrane made of plastic, rubber, metal, etc.

Next, when the particulate matter (8) contains a furan-based resin, the particulate matter (8) is cured naturally by the resin.
In addition, when the particulate matter (8) contains urethane resin and thorium silicate, amine gas and carbon dioxide gas are passed through each to harden the urethane resin and sodium silicate. The substance (8) is solidified (see Figure 1). After the particulate matter (8) has hardened, the upper frame body (4) is separated and raised from the master mold (1), the hardened particulate matter (8) is extracted from the mold part (2), and then the hardened particulate matter (8) is removed from the mold part (2). By driving the vacuum pump, the frame (4

It is possible to accurately mold a mold using an inexpensive wooden mold or plaster mold without using a mold, and by using a molded film that is colored or has an uneven pattern, it is possible to color or pattern the product. Second, the resulting product has excellent weather resistance, and by peeling off the molded film from the molded product at the end of the manufacturing process, it is easy to obtain a product with specularity and gloss. It has a powerful effect, such as being able to do something.
