[Detailed description of the invention] The invention relates to a dishwasher, and more specifically, the cleaning liquid is passed through a pipe body under the discharge pressure of a cleaning pump, and the cleaning liquid is heated by a heater arranged on the circumferential wall of the pipe body. This invention relates to an improvement in a heating structure for improving cleaning performance, which prevents foreign matter from adhering to the inner circumferential wall of the pipe body,
The present invention provides a configuration that improves heat exchange efficiency, prevents abnormal temperature rise of the heater, and prevents the discharge pressure of the cleaning pump from decreasing.

Here, the heat from the heater is to heat the cleaning liquid passing through the pipe body, but the cleaning liquid contains all kinds of leftovers, and in particular proteins such as eggs can burn onto the inner wall of the pipe body. It was easy to stick and adhere.

In addition, the tap water used as the cleaning liquid contains components such as calcium and magnesium, which tend to adhere to and accumulate on the inner wall of the pipe body after long-term use.

The cause of such adhesion and accumulation of foreign matter is that the flow rate of the cleaning liquid along the inner wall is relatively slow.

When the above-mentioned foreign matter adheres and accumulates, heat transfer from the pipe body to the cleaning liquid is inhibited by the foreign matter1, resulting in a decrease in heat exchange efficiency and a longer time required for the liquid temperature to rise. Heat dissipation from the pipe body becomes difficult, resulting in an abnormal temperature rise in the heater, which may result in a very dangerous situation.

Reference numeral 15 denotes a liquid passage portion formed between the inner surface of the pipe body 12 and the core 14, and the cross-sectional opening area of the liquid passage portion 15 is compared to the cross-sectional opening area of the pipe body 12 without the core 14. It has contracted into an almost ring shape.

It is preferable that the core 14 is made of the same material as the pipe body 12, and especially when the pipe body 12 and the core 14 are made of metal, it is preferable that both members be made of the same material. .

The core 14 can be fixed in various ways, such as by taking out the mounting legs 14a from the core 14 and fixing them to the pipe body 12, or by protruding a projecting piece for supporting the core 14 from the pipe body 12. There are several possible configurations, and it does not matter what method is adopted.

However, it is better to avoid a configuration that unnecessarily increases the flow resistance of the cleaning liquid. It is also recommended that not only the supporting structure of the core 14 but also the core 14 have a shape that does not increase the flow resistance. As mentioned above, it is preferable that both ends of the core 14 be tapered.

According to the above configuration, by arranging the core 14 approximately at the core inside the pipe body 12, the flow rate of the cleaning liquid in the liquid passage portion 15 is increased, and the adhesion of foreign matter to the inner wall of the pipe body 12 can be reduced. It is possible to have the effect of peeling off foreign matter that has adhered to the pipe body 12, thereby suppressing a rise in the temperature of the pipe body 12 itself, and extending the life of the entire heating device mainly including the heater 13.

Furthermore, by making the cross-sectional shape of the liquid passage portion 15 substantially ring-shaped, the flow can be brought closer to the inner wall of the pipe body 12,

Further, the cleaning liquid passing through the liquid passage section 15 is supplied to the cleaning pump 3.
The discharge pressure is ejected from the upper washing nozzle 9 to wash the dishes, but if the core 14 is placed in the pipe body 12 having the same diameter as the hoses 5a and 5b, the liquid passing portion 15 The cross-sectional opening area of the cleaning pump 3 becomes considerably small, and the discharge pressure of the cleaning pump 3 decreases.

However, in the above embodiment, since the cross-sectional opening areas of the liquid passage section 15 and the first circulation path 5 are approximately the same, the discharge pressure of the cleaning pump 3 does not decrease, and a large amount of water is discharged from the upper cleaning nozzle 9. Water is ejected vigorously, improving cleaning performance.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to prevent foreign matter from adhering and accumulating on the wall of the pipe body of the heating device, thereby preventing abnormal temperature rises in the pipe body and heater, and improving heat exchange performance. Furthermore, even with a configuration in which the core is inserted substantially into the center of the pipe body, it is possible to prevent the discharge pressure of the cleaning pump from decreasing, and to improve the cleaning performance of tableware.
