一対の支持板21よりなり、該支持板21は車体シャー
シ2に片持式に取付けられた軸22にカラー23を添設
し、かつ局側安全棒20の板厚より若干広い間隔を保持

に鉤状凹溝が設けられ、該鉤状凹溝の中心点とシャーシ
側安全棒との枢着部に穿設された長孔後端間の距離をシ
ャーシ側安全棒と局側安全棒との枢着軸中心から該枢着
軸寄りの間隔保持ボルト中心までの距離に等しくしたこ
