Date of amendment order 1939, month, day, 7. Contents of the amendment As shown in the attached sheet (corrected) description Document 1 Invention Name Insulation Structure 2, Claims In order to absorb the heat shrinkage of the block-shaped insulating bus or glass cloth attached to the outer wall of the duct, and also to prevent the vibration of the ceramic cloth or glass cloth of the duct due to the gas flow velocity. A heat insulating structure characterized by consisting of a tension adjustment bolt provided on the outer surface of the duct. 3. Detailed Description of the Invention The present invention relates to a fireproof insulation structure applied to a boiler, a duct for high-temperature gas, and a duct for cold gas of a refrigerator. Figure 1 shows a gas turbine waste heat plant. In the figure, 1 is the waste gas, 2 is the duct, 3 is the waste heat boiler, 4 is the refractory insulation material, 5 is the auxiliary combustion nozzle, 6 is the gas turbine, and 7
indicates a chimney. In recent years, in the gas turbine 6, the waste gas 1 (600~
1100°C) is introduced through the duct 2 and used as the heat source for the boiler 3 in many cases. A fireproof insulation material 4 is installed on the inner surface of the duct 2 to minimize heat loss.
The refractory heat insulating material 4 is subjected to a sudden rise or fall in the temperature of the waste gas 1 due to the start or stop of the engine, that is, a thermal shock. Refractory bricks, castables (unshaped refractories), etc. that have been commonly used in the past are not resistant to (or relatively weak in) the thermal shock mentioned above.
It is known that the lifespan of ducts is significantly shortened due to the development of cracks and falling off. Therefore, in recent years, ceramic fibers (in the form of ducts, blankets, felts, and boards) have become rapidly popular. .This ceramic fiber has (a) 1md high thermal temperature, (
I)) High thermal shock resistance, (C) Heat conductivity, (d) Low specific heat, (e) Light weight, (F) Few occurrences of cracks, but on the other hand, the thermal shrinkage rate is 1 to 5. It also has disadvantages such as low wind speed resistance and poor ventilation. In particular, ceramic fibers with these characteristics were not adopted as a heat-resistant material for ducts that require high wind speed resistance. This was created to eliminate these drawbacks, and the purpose is to take advantage of the advantages of the ceramic fiber block while strengthening its wind speed performance. The surface of the ceramic fiber block is covered with ceramic cloth or glass cloth to prevent the fibers from scattering. Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4. The insulation block 21 is connected to the anchor bolt 22, Install it on the duct outer wall 24 with nuts 23. Fix the anchor bolts 22 and the duct outer wall 24 by welding or screws.
cover. The ceramic cloth or glass cloth 25 is pressed by a steel tube or angle member 26 at right angles to the longitudinal direction of the cloth and toward the outside of the duct. A steel tube or angle member 26 is secured to the duct outer wall 24 by bolts 27. Next, the functions and effects of the present invention will be described. It is necessary to pull the ceramic cloth or glass cloth 25 in a planar direction to prevent vibration (] (tapping) caused by the gas flow velocity. For this purpose, the steel tube 26 is attached to the bolt 2.
7 to pull it toward the duct outer wall 24 side and fix it. A gasket 28 is inserted between the bolt 27 to prevent gas from leaking. In Figures 3 and 4, 29 is a fiber presser foot, 30 is a cloth rlJ
It is. On the other hand, when gas comes into direct contact with the ceramic fiber block, the fibers may scatter depending on the gas flow rate. By covering the fiber block with ceramic cloth or glass cloth 25, peeling and scattering of the fibers is prevented. According to the insulation structure of the present invention, the wind speed resistance, which is a disadvantage of ceramic fibers, can be strengthened, and the insulation thickness can be kept constant, so it is possible to prevent a decline in insulation performance, and the insulation wall is extremely resistant to thermal shock caused by sudden changes in gas temperature. structure, resulting in a longer service life. Ceramic cloth or glass cloth can also be heated to
Although it shrinks by 5%, it is possible to adjust the tension generated in the ceramic cloth or glass cloth by the bolts exposed on the outside of the duct. The bolts mentioned above are as short as possible (so they do not form a thermal bridge and cause heat loss. On the other hand, the bolts and steel tubes do not reach high temperatures, so cheap general steel materials can be used. Also, they are insulated. It is possible to reduce the required length of ceramic cloth or glass cloth by covering multiple blocks with ceramic cloth or glass cloth (by doing so, it is possible to reduce the material cost and at the same time reduce the installation cost. However, the above-mentioned bolts The installation method shown here is an example, and an appropriate mechanism will be adopted depending on the shape of the target duct. 4. Brief explanation of the drawings Figure 1 is a system diagram of a turbine showing a conventional heat insulation structure.
The figure is a perspective view showing the installation of a conventional heat insulating material, FIGS. 3 and 4 relate to the present invention, FIG. 3 is a side view showing the structure of the heat insulating structure, and FIG. 4 is a plan view thereof. 21.
