Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 負性抵抗特性を有し通電により発光する半導体光素子と
    コイルとの直列回路と、該直列回路に並列に接続される
    コンデンサと、前記直列回路と電源との間に挿入される
    抵抗及びトランジスタの直列回路と、前記光素子の発光
    を受光し受光出力により前記トランジスタのオン／オフ
    を制御する手段とを有し、前記光素子によりパルス光を
    発光させることを特徴とする光パルス発生器。
