    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 負性抵抗特性を有し通電により発光する半導体光素子と
    コイルとの直列回路と、該直列回路に並列番と接続され
    るコンデンサと、前記直列回路と直流電源との間に挿入
    される抵抗と、前記コンデンサに並列に接続されるトラ
    ンジスタと、前記光素子の発光を受光し受光出力により
    前記トランジスタのオン／オフを制御する手段とを有し
    、前記光素子によりパルス光を発光させることを特徴と
    する光パルス発生器。
