    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一定軌道上を一方向に走行、周回自在に設けたエンドレ
    ス濾布と、前記濾布の表面側に設けた固液供給部と、前
    記濾布の裏面側で、かつ前記固液供給部に対向して設け
    た減圧吸引部と、前記濾布の表面側および／または裏面
    側に設けた濾布洗浄ノズルとを有し、前記洗浄ノズルは
    、濾布の走行方向に複数個設置され、かつ各洗浄ノズル
    間には水切ロールが設けられていることを特徴とする固
    液分離装置。
