The sheet holder 43 is moved against the biasing force of the sheet 1 to the initial position where the first digit of the sheet 1 is transferred, that is, the press stand 5 is located on the green side of the first digit of the sheet 1. to migrate. When the seat holder 43 moves, as shown in FIG. 9 and FIG. 64' is in the engaged state, when the seat holder 43 is moved in the direction of the arrow A in FIG. 8, the ratchet 59 is rotated in the direction of the arrow B in the figure due to the engagement of the rack 54 and the pinion 58. Rotated in reverse. Therefore, since the pawl plate 64 escapes in the direction of arrow C in FIG. 10e, the ratchet 59 can rotate freely and no hindrance occurs when the seat holder 43 moves. Further, when the seat holder 43 has been moved to the initial position, even if you release your hand from the seat holder 43, the ratchet 59 will not move the claw plate 64.
The seat holder 43 is engaged with the rack 54 and the pinion 58 that is integrated with the ratchet 59.

Through the bottomed cylindrical case 35 and the electrode plate 39 are energized, the temperature of the heating element 38 rises, and the heat of this heating element 38 is conducted to the transfer mold 36 through the bottomed cylindrical case 36.
The transfer mold 36 is heated to the required temperature. Next, by operating the selection knob 22 and aligning the scale plate 22' with the number you want to transfer, the corresponding desired press head 2
1 is located on sheet 1. At this time, the positioning roller 25 engages with the recess 17b of the rotating shaft 17, and the press head 21 is stopped at the correct position. Then, as shown by the arrow in FIG. 5, when the operating portion 9' of the second press arm 9 is pushed down, the clamp arm 12 and the second The press arm 9 is linked and the first press arm 6 is pushed down. Here, the first press arm 6
5, the press piece 66 of the pivot portion of the first press arm 6 moves in the direction of arrow D in FIG. 9 before the press head 21 comes into contact with the sheet 1 as shown in FIG. The flipper swing lever 67 is rotated in the direction of arrow E in the same figure, and the vertical movement plate 61 is pushed up from the states shown in FIGS. The state becomes d. Therefore, the claw portion 64' of the claw plate 64 is disengaged from the ratchet 59, and the ratchet 59 is rotated in the direction of arrow F in FIG. However, due to the upward movement of the vertical moving plate 61, the stopper 63 engages with the ratchet 59, as shown in FIGS. is moved by a predetermined distance determined by one tooth of the ratchet 59, and the first digit transfer position of the sheet 1 faces the press head 21. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 5, the press pin 28 comes into contact with the pressing protrusion 42 of the press head 21 due to the biasing force of the coil spring 29, presses the press head 21 downward, and heats the press head 21. The transferred mold 36 is pressed against the first digit transfer position of the sheet 1, and the concavo-convex pattern 2 of the transcription mold 36 is thermally transferred to the sheet. When the pressure on the second press arm 9 is released after thermal transfer, the restoring force of the springs 8 and 11 causes the first and second press arms 6 and 9 to return to the standby state shown in FIG. It returns and the press head 21 separates from the sheet 1.

1 is moved downward by the return spring 62. Therefore, the stopper 63 is disengaged from the ratchet 69 from the state shown in FIGS. 10c and d, so the ratchet 59 is rotated in the direction of arrow F in FIG. As shown in Figure b, the pawl portion 64' of the pawl plate 64 engages with the ratchet 59, the ratchet 59 rotates by one tooth and then stops, and the seat holder 43 rotates by one tooth of the ratchet 59 in Figure 8. is moved in the opposite direction of arrow A, and waits until the next transfer operation. That is, the sheet 1 on the sheet holder 43 is moved by one digit by one reciprocating operation of the press arms 6 and 9 up and down. Thereafter, when the press head 21 is arbitrarily selected using the selection knob 22 and the same operation is repeated, different concavo-convex patterns 2 are successively thermally transferred in a line onto the sheet 1, and the information sheet 3 is produced. Next, the configuration of the lever mechanism that thermally transfers the uneven pattern 2 from the transfer position of the first digit on the sheet 1 and detects the end of the transfer operation of the final digit is shown in FIGS. 1, 5, and 7. In a state in which the first transfer mold 36 is pressed, that is, in a state in which the final digit has been transferred, the actuation pin 55 of the sheet holder 43 touches the contact surface 71a of the end position detection lever 71.
When the second press arm 9 is released from this state, the seat holder 43 releases the holder moving spring 4.
9 is moved in the direction of the arrow G in FIG. The first slide plate 73 is slid in the direction of the arrow H, the connecting lever 81 is rotated, the second slide plate 78 is slid in the direction of the arrow 1, and the initial position detection lever 76 is moved to the plate pin 77. is rotated in the direction of the arrow with
The contact surface 76a of the initial position detection lever 76 is located perpendicular to the moving direction of the seat holder 43, and the reversing spring 85 allows each lever 71, 81, 76 and both slide plates 73
, 78 are stopped at that position. Therefore, by moving the first slide plate T3 in the direction of the arrow H, the insertion hole 7 of the first slide plate 73 is opened as shown in FIG.
3b is moved to a position where it is removed from each insertion hole 87, 88 of the base 4 and the support base 44, so even if the second press arm 9 is pressed next, the stop bar 86 will not move to the first slide plate 73. The pressure of the press head 21 on the sheet 1 is prevented, and the operator confirms that a predetermined number of uneven patterns 2 have been thermally transferred to the sheet 1. , the clamp arm 12 is removed from the clamp shaft 15, both press arms 6 and 9 are raised, the produced information sheet 3 is removed from the sheet holder 43, and a new sheet 1 is set in the sheet holder 43. next,
When the seat holder 43 on which the seat 1 is set is moved in the direction of arrow G in FIG. When the sheet holder 43 is further moved, the initial position detection lever 76 is rotated and the second slide plate 78 is moved in the direction of the arrow in the figure, as shown in FIG. Through the rotation of the coupling lever 81, the first slide plate 73 is slid in the direction of the arrow in the figure, and the reversing spring 85 causes the insertion hole 73b to connect to the base 4 and the support base. It is stopped at a position that matches each of the insertion holes 87 and 88 of 44. therefore,
The stop bar 86 can be inserted into each of the insertion holes 87, 73b, and 88. That is, when the sheet holder 43 is returned to the predetermined initial position and the press head 21 is released from pressing the sheet 1, and then the second press head 9 is pressed, the press head 21 is seat 1
Immediately before the sheet 1 is pressed against the sheet 1, the sheet holder 43 is moved so that the first digit transfer position of the sheet 1 is placed on the press table 5. As described above, according to the uneven pattern thermal transfer device of the present invention, the press arm is attached to the rear end of the base having the press stand and is given an upward rotational force, and the uneven pattern is formed. a plurality of press heads each having a transfer mold and a heating element for heating the transfer mold; an elastic support body arranged and fixed to each of the press heads and attached to the press arm; a selection knob that is fixed and makes any one of the press heads face the press table; and a reciprocating sheet that moves a thermoplastic sheet to sequentially transfer each transfer position of the sheet onto the press table. a holder, a transfer means for moving the press arm downward to press the press head against the sheet, a moving means for moving the sheet holder by one digit of transfer of the sheet after the operation of the transfer means, By comprising a blocking means for blocking the downward movement of the transfer means after the transfer of the digit, and a releasing means for releasing the blocking means when the sheet holder is returned to the transfer position of the first digit of the sheet,
The uneven pattern is always thermally transferred from the first digit transfer position of the sheet, and once the heat transfer of a predetermined number of uneven patterns is completed, the press head is prevented from pressing onto the sheet, and the excess uneven pattern is removed. This function not only prevents thermal transfer of information but also notifies the operator that the work has been completed, thereby preventing the production of defective information sheets.
