Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 例えは自動車業界ζ二おいて、騒音防止対策の一環とし
て、オイルパン、オイルタンク等の製品を制振flfi
板(消音金属板)で作っている。
この制振鋼板は2枚の鉄板間に合成樹脂材料等の化学系
消音部材を詰入したサンドイツを状のものである。
化学系消音部材が燃焼してガスが発生するからピンホー
ルの原因になる。
ピンホールが出来ると気密性が失われ壁気、水、油等の
漏出原因になった。
本発明は、かかる欠点を解決した溶接時にガスを発生さ
せないで溶接を行う制振鋼板の溶接方法に関するものに
して、その榴成を添付図面を参照に詳述すると次の通り
である。
制振鋼板(a)の溶接(接合)しようとする部分の化2
ルLT湾tヂ5 し、かかる制振鋼板(a)を使用 通ノ実施してオイル
パン、オイルタンク等の製品を作る。
面この製品がプレス加工品であれば、このシーム溶接は
プレス加工前の制m fil&1板(a)のうちに行う
ことが良いが、場合によっては、プレス加工後に行って
も良い。
本発明は、上述の様にあらかじめ、制振鋼板(aJの溶
接しようとする部分の化学系消音部材田なシーム溶接に
より燃焼除去すると共に2枚の鉄板(2)の端部な重合
溶着し、かかる化学系消音部材(1)を密封した制振鋼
板(a)を使用して溶接を行うものであるからガスが発
生することがないからピンホール原因にならず気密性に
秀れたオイルパン、オイルタンク等の製品を作ることが
出来る。
その上、制振a11板(a)の端部が重合止着されるか
ら鉄板(2)2枚厚の厚さになり、このため強度を有す
る端部となり、完全溶接が期待出来る。
以上の溶接方法は、半製品と半製品の溶接、半製品と制
振鋼板の溶接、制振鋼板同志の溶接等いろいろと広範囲
に利用出来る秀れた特長を有するものである。

した制振鋼板の斜面図、第3図は制振鋼板の溶接状態を

  1. 制振iJ:td板の溶接しようとする部分の化学系消音
    部材なシーム溶接によって燃焼除去すると共に2枚の鉄
    板端部な密封状態に重合溶着し、かかる制振f:i:1
    板を使用して常法通り溶接してオイル、パン、オイルタ
    ンク等の製品を作る事を特徴とする制振鋼板の溶接方法
