Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ハウジング部材と、前記ハウジング部材に収容された支
持部材と、前記支持部材によって支持され、かつ、それ
ぞれ少なくとも2つの電気リード線が接続された一対の
センサ素子とを備えて成る排気ガス系用ガス検出装置で
あって: (a) 前記一対のセンサ素子の一方は酸素分圧応答
性の多孔質セラミックセンサ素子26であって、チタニ
アのような金属酸化物セラミック形成素材で作られ、か
つ、前記電気リード線間で電気的可変低伸を形成してい
ること;ならびに、 (b) 前記一対のセンサ素子の他方は温度補償セラ
ミックセンサ素子24であって、前記多孔質セラミック
センサ素子26と同一セラミック形成素材から作られて
おり、かつ、該素材の理論密度に近い密度を有し、前記
電気リード線間で電気的可変抵抗体を形成して、高温に
おけるその環境の温度の変化の存在に対して著しい抵抗
変化特性を示すものであること; を特徴とする前記ガス検出装置。
