１１はＲＦ出力端子、１２は外部バイアス回路、１３は
電圧比較回路、１４は電源である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 後段部に所要の大きさの出力を出すＦＥＴ増幅器を用い
    た多段増幅器において、前段ＦＥＴ増幅器及び後段ＦＥ
    Ｔ増幅器から構成されたＲＦ部と、上記前段及び後段増
    幅器のゲート・ドレイン側に電圧を印加する電源と、後
    段増幅器のゲート側に接続された外部バイアス回路及び
    電圧比較回路から構成されたゲート電流検出回路と、ゲ
    ートバイアス制御回路とを設けたことを特徴とするＦＥ
    Ｔ増幅器。
