  1. ＧａＡｓＦＥＴを後端部に持つＦＥＴ増幅器において、
    後段増幅器のゲート端子に接続されたゲート電流検出回
    路と、上記ゲート電流検出回路に接続したゲートバイア
    ス制御回路及びドレインバイアス制御回路とを設けたこ
    とを特徴とするＦＥＴ増幅器。
