In recent years, legal regulations regarding factory noise and vibration have become stricter, and how to suppress the noise and vibration generated when cutting or processing hard materials such as metal or stone has become a major issue. Composite vibration-damping steel plates with resin sandwiched between steel plates are well known as having a vibration-distributing effect. Tool steels used for cutting and processing metal and stone materials are Composite vibration-damping steel plates were considered unsuitable because the temperature rises, cutting oil and water are constantly used, and the sharpness required for tool steel is required.

In the present invention, tool steel is made into a composite laminated plate to provide structural vibration distribution properties, and furthermore, by using another tool steel or a vibration-proof alloy as a sandwiching material, the tool steel can be used even under the above-mentioned severe usage conditions. It has allocability without impairing its original function, and is manufactured into an integrated laminate using a relatively simple method such as spot welding or seam welding.

Example 1 Figure 1 shows a cutting bar fl. 150 mm in length, which was assembled by two people using a 10 mm thick tool steel plate with a J142 B tool of two different thicknesses and spot welding. Welding is performed at five spot welding points 4. Various tests were conducted on this cutting tool, and it was found that the noise during cutting was lower than that of conventional cutting tools with a single structure, and the effect of the allocability was recognized. Moreover, the sharpness is comparable to that of the conventional single-structured one.Example 2 This example is a band saw as shown in FIG.
As shown in the enlarged figure (b), tool steel 2 with a plate thickness of 0.8 m
A Cu-based material 6 with a thickness of 0.5 mm and having vibration damping properties is sandwiched and integrated by spot welding.

A strip-shaped test piece was cut out using a band saw, and its vibration was investigated using the mechanical impedance method. The loss coefficient was approximately 0.05 at 20°C, and the loss coefficient was approximately 0.05 at 20°C.
It is several tens of times larger than that of a conventional band saw, which shows that it has excellent allocating properties. In addition, when cutting steel materials with this band saw, the noise is reduced and the working environment is significantly improved, and its lifespan is also longer than that of a conventional single-structure band saw. It was unattractive compared to.

Example 3 In this example, a tool steel 2.0 mm (2.0 mm) 9-mm was machined to an illumination diameter of 1200 mm using a circular saw as shown in Fig. 3.
As shown in the enlarged view of Fig. 1Jl, a Cu-based material 6 with a thickness of 0.5 mm with distributive properties is sandwiched and seam bath bonded to form an integral structure. One day, the attachment is through the hole 8 and the two circular side seam weld lines 10 on the outside.

A strip-shaped test piece was cut out using a circular saw, and its vibration was investigated in the same manner as in Example 2. It was found that the test piece had a loss coefficient of 0.05 at 20°C, indicating excellent vibration distribution. When cutting wood into rounds using this circular saw, the metal noise emitted during cutting was reduced compared to conventional methods, and the working environment was significantly improved. Note that the life of the circular saw of this example was almost the same as that of a conventional single material, and there were no problems.

Example 4 This example relates to a cemented carbide tool bit for machining extremely hard materials. Length 150-1 as shown in Figure 4
The tool steel 2 with a thickness of 10mm is sandwiched with a Cu-based material 6 with a thickness of 0.5cm which has vibration damping properties, and is integrated by spot welding to form a laminate. 1
Compared to the conventional cemented carbide alloy with a composite layer attached with 2) + n, the sharpness was of course unchanged, and the vibration noise during cutting was reduced.

That is, as shown in Fig. 5, the diameter is 1200 gourd and the thickness is 2.
.. Otm's tool fi'l 2 has a slightly smaller diameter and vibration damping properties of 0.5 t! In Fig. 5, the diagonally shaded area is where the Cu-based material 6 is sandwiched between n-thick Cu-based material 6 and made into an integral laminate by seam bath welding, and then induction hardened at the cutting edge. It is the part of the laminated body covered with
