    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 作動流体が流通するアクチュエータ駆動用の回路の途中
    に介設され開成位置ならびに流れを停止−またを微小な
    値に制限する閉成位置なる２つの切換位置を有した切換
    弁と、この切換弁に対して並列に設けられ微小なリーク
    を許容する流量制限要素と、前記回路を遮断してアクチ
    ュエータを停止させる前段階として前記切換弁を開成位
    置から閉成位置へ切り換える切換制御手段とを具備して
    なることを特徴とする流体圧アク４ユエータの駆動装置
    。
