第３図、第４図に示した測定装置の金属板の平面図、第
６図及び第７図は各々本考案の測定装置を用いて非金属
物質を測定している状態を示す側面説明図である。 １：渦電流変位計センサーヘッド部、１ａ：渦電流変位
計、２：センサーヘッド部を固定する本体、３．３’　
　：対照板、３ａ：対照板の支持柄、４：対照板を保持
する取付部、５：測定対象物、６：クランプ、７：基準
手段。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）被測定物である非金属物質と、前記非金属物質の
    一方又は双方の表面と弾性附勢状態で接し前記表面の変
    位に応じて応動し、且つ磁束を受けて渦電流を発生し得
    る物質で既知厚さの薄板２　　　　　からなる対照板と
    、前記一枚又は二枚の対照板表面に対向してセンサーヘ
    ッド端面を位置させてなる渦電流変位計とからなり、前
    記渦電流変−位置により対照板における渦電流を測定す
    ることで前記対照板表面とセンサーヘッド端面の距離を
    測定し、もって前記被測定物の表面と前記センサーヘッ
    ド端面との距離を測定する非金属物質表面の変位又は厚
    さの測定装置。
  2. （２）　　前記非金属物質の２表面のうち対照板と接触
    していない側の面に前記センサーヘッド端面との距離が
    既知な状態の基準手段を接触状態で配してなる実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載の非金属物質表面の変位又は
    厚さの測定装置。
  3. （３）基準手段としてローラー、棒状体、平板のうちの
    いずれかを用いてなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記
    載の非金属物質表面の変位又は厚さの測定装置。
