    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内外両面に電極を形成した一端が閉止した筒状酸素イオ
    ン透過性固体電解質からなる素子本体と、該素子本体内
    に挿入保持される棒状ヒータと、上記素子本体の開口部
    に嵌着し該ヒータを保持する保持部材と、該保持部材と
    該棒状ヒータおよび上記素子本体によって形成される隙
    間に充填せしめ−た固体内部標準物質とを備えたことを
    特徴とする酸素濃度検出器。
