Claims (1)
ン透過性固体電解質からなる素子本体と、該素子本体内
に挿入保持される棒状ヒータと、上記素子本体の開口部
に嵌着し該ヒータを保持する保持部材と、該保持部材と
該棒状ヒータおよび上記素子本体によって形成される隙
間に充填せしめ−た固体内部標準物質とを備えたことを
