Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は、狭あいな場所に殺虫液、消毒液等を噴霧す
るのに好適の噴霧器用噴射パイプに関するものである。
容器内に封入された圧搾ガスにより容器内の薬液が噴出
するようにしたエアゾール噴霧器において、容器上端の
押ボタン兼用噴射口に、所要長さの噴射パイプが先端を
下方あるいは前方に向けて接続され、このパイプを狭あ
いな場所に差し込んで噴霧する形式のものが開発されて
いるが、この噴射パイプは操作上、一定方向に突出する
硬質管である必要から、噴霧器容器に対して特定方向に
固定されており、所要の噴射方向に対してはその都度、
別個の噴射パイプと交換する手間を要する。
このため取付部分を回動可能としたものも考案されてい
るか回動弁部分が破損して保持が不安定となりやすく、
またこの弁部分が抵抗となって漏液や噴霧にムラを生じ
る等の不便があった。
この考案は構造簡単で、しかも確実に回動固定できるも
のであって、第１図および第２図に示すように背面に所
要の噴霧器ａの押ボタン兼用噴射口ａ′に係合する短管
１を突設するとともに、前面にこの短管１に対して４５
°傾斜して連通ずる屈折孔２が開成されたゴム、合成樹
脂等、適宜の弾力性を有する材料よりなる段付きブロッ
ク状の接手部材Ａの前面に、別に硬質あるいは半硬質の
合成樹脂よりなる直管を、その基端に近い部分を一方に
４５°折曲して直線部３に連なる屈曲部４を形成した先
端管Ｂの屈曲部４を弾力性に抗して圧入取付してなるも
のである。
この考案は上記の構造よりなり、短管１を噴霧器の噴射
口に装着して使用するものであって、第１図の状態では
先端管Ｂは下向きであるが、これを屈曲部４を軸として
弾力性に抗し、第３図のように１８０°旋回させると先
端管Ｂの直線部３は、はぼ水平方向に変位する。
また、先端管Ｂを不要とする通常の噴霧に際しては、噴
霧器の押ボタン兼用噴射口ａ′から接手部材Ａを抜き取
るか、あるいは押ボタン兼用噴射口り′自体を噴霧器ａ
′のステムから抜き取って別の押ボタン兼用噴射口に交
換して使用するものである。
この考案は以上のように構造簡単であって、先端管Ｂと
接手部材Ａとの固定は、屈曲部４の外周面と屈折孔２の
内周面による相当広さの圧接摩擦によるものであるから
、噴霧生先端管Ｂが不用意に回転するようなおそれは全
くなく、常にムラのない噴霧を継続することができる。
又先端管Ｂはその基端において、４５°折曲しであるの
で、１８０’回転させると、先端管は短管１の延長方向
に水平に位置するので、噴射は勢力が削がれることなく
スムーズに行なわれる。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は側面断面図、第２図は各部を分解的に示した斜
面図、第３図は先端管を前方に向けた状態の側面断面図
である。 図中、Ａは接手部材、Ｂは先端管、１は短管、２は屈折
孔、３は直線部、４は屈曲部を示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 背面に所要の噴霧器の噴射口に適合する短管１を突成す
    るとともに、前面にこの短管１と４５°傾斜して連通ず
    る屈折孔２を開口した段付きブロック状の接手部材Ａの
    上記屈折孔２に、別に所要長さの直管を、その基端に近
    い適所を一方に４５°折曲して直線部３に連なる屈曲部
    ４を形成した先端管Ｂの屈曲部４を回動可能に圧入取付
    してなる噴霧器用噴射パイプ。
