Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. コンデンサと抵抗を用いて発振動作を行なう発振器の上
    記コンデンサの端子電圧を基準電圧と比較して電源投入
    時のリセット信号を得るパワーオンリセット回路におい
    て、電源投入時のリセット解除出力に応動して該リセッ
    ト解除時以前の上記基準電圧を定常動作時より高くする
    ように上記基準電圧を切り換える手段と、同リセット解
    除出力□　　に応動して該リセット解除時以前の上記発
    振動作を阻止する手段とを具備したことを特徴とするパ
    ワーオンリセット回路。
