    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ３相交流電源の負荷への供給を接話する３つの半導体主
    素子回路及び該半導体主素子回路を外部からの制御信号
    に応じてオン・オフ制御する制御回路からなるソリッド
    ステートリレ一本体と、こ′　　のソリッドステートリ
    レ一本体の外側に設けられ上記半導体主素子回路を異常
    高電圧から保護するアブソーバ部とを備えたことを特徴
    とする３相ソリツドステートリレー。
