    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ３相交流電源の負荷への供給を接話する３つの半導体主
    素子回路を有する３相ソリツドステートリレーであって
    、上記各半導体主素子回路は２つのサイリスタとこれら
    をトリガする２つのゲート補助回路とからなり、該各ゲ
    ート補助回路を構成する抵抗及びダイオードは上記サイ
    リスタが装着された絶縁基板上に配設されていることを
    特徴とする３相ソリツドステートリレー。
