FIG. 1 is a sectional view of a conventional speaker 1, in which 2 is a ring-shaped magnet, 3 is a totsuzo plate supporting the ring-shaped magnet 2, and /I(l-1,d?) is a voice coil. 7 is a dust cap that prevents dust from entering the ring-shaped magnet 2 and the voice coil 4. 8 is a frame, and 9 is a gasket. 10
A cone-shaped diaphragm 6 is supported by the edges. In this specification, for convenience, Danno-5 and Edge-10 are collectively referred to as the support.

The roll type edge 11 and the wave type edge 12 have a simple structure, and can be easily molded if the material is a foamed urethane sheet or a rubber coated fabric sheet. However, recently, linear supporting force is increasingly required, and edges with complex shapes are required. For example, in the case of a diamond-shaped edge 13 as shown in FIG. It was possible to use Dan-Gu-5 for speakers.
In the case of No. 5, a deep-drawn shape was particularly required, and cracks were likely to occur, making molding difficult.

Furthermore, conventional DAN□-5 impregnates the fabric with phenolic resin, then heats and presses it, and releases it from the mold using a silicone mold release agent or fatty acid. This had the disadvantage that adhesiveness with the coil 4 was poor.

In order to improve these drawbacks, molds were conventionally coated with fluorine-based resin, but this drawback was that the adhesion strength to the mold was weak, and mass production was poor due to problems with wear resistance and heat resistance. In particular, processing into complex molds was difficult.

(Structure of the Invention) The method for manufacturing a support for a molding tool of the present invention is to apply a composite plating of fluorine and nickel that has excellent adhesion to a mold, wear resistance, and heat resistance to a mold for forming a mold. It is applied to the surface,
A fluorine-based compound is compounded into the nickel coating, and in addition to the self-lubricating properties of the fluorine-based resin, the mold is plated with excellent heat resistance by taking advantage of the improved wear resistance of the nickel plating. This is a molding method that facilitates the molding of edges and dampers with complex shapes and is suitable for mass production.

When molding an 8-inch thick urethane sheet foamed with Edge material 20 to 25 times into the structure shown in Fig. 4, the molding conditions are high temperature of about 190 to 200 °C,

(5) If the convex and concave shapes are simply formed, a crack will occur at the location 13a in FIG. 4. That is, since the portion 13a has a knife shape, cracks occur at high temperatures of 190° C. to 200° C., making molding impossible. In order to improve this, it is necessary to increase the slippage, that is, the lubricity, particularly in areas where cracks are likely to occur. Therefore, the thickness is 80μ
This can be solved by using a Teflon film with a thickness of about 100μ or by baking a fluororesin, but fluorine-based Teflon films are easily torn by molds, and baking a fluororesin can be applied to molds, especially complex molds. It is difficult to apply uniformly to the surface and has poor adhesion, making it difficult to mass-produce. Furthermore, heat resistance is also a problem.

By applying it to a mold with a thickness of 0μ, it exhibits excellent adhesion even in complex shapes, and can be easily molded into complex edge shapes. It also has good heat resistance and can be easily mass-produced at a molding temperature of 250°C.
