Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 帯電体に感応電極を対向し、帯電体と感応電極間に生じ
    る静電場をチョッパにより周期的にチョップして感応電
    極に交流電圧を発生させ、この交流電圧に基ついて帯電
    体の電位を測定する静電気測定装置において、所定寸法
    の棒材と、上記感応電極およびチョッパを収納した測定
    ヘッド筐体の外周部に上記棒材を固定する取付部材を備
    えたことを特徴とする静電気測定装置。
