Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）−面側にコレクタ放熱金属面を露出させたトラン
    ジスタを、電気絶縁シートを間に挟んで前記コレクタ放
    熱金属面が放熱板の一面側に対面するように、該放熱板
    に押えるトランジスタ押え装置において、前記放熱板の
    開放端側に配置される支持板と、該支持板に取付けられ
    、前記トランジスタの前記コレクタ放熱金属面側とは反
    対側の面に対向して配置される押え板とを備え、該押え
    板を前記放熱板に締付けて前記トランジスタを前記放熱
    板側に密着させることを特徴とするトランジスタ押え装
    置。
  2. （２）前記支持板及び前記押え板は金属板材て成り、前
    記押え板は金属接地板を間に挟んで前記トランジスタに
    密着させたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項に記載のトランジスタ押え装置。
