    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 炭酸ガスレーザ媒体の二酸化炭素、窒素、ヘリウムの各
    供給ガス圧力および流量を調整する調整部と、前記調整
    部から流出する前記各ガスを混合する混合ガスタンクと
    、前記混合ガスタンクから流出する混合ガスの流量を調
    整する混合ガス流量弁とを含み、前記混合ガス流量弁か
    ら前記混合ガスをレーザ管へ送出することを特徴とする
    炭酸ガスレーザ用ガス混合装置。
